Bruce Sinclair B.Bus., FTIA, CA     

Bruce is Managing Director of Sygnum and is primarily responsible for delivering taxation and business advisory services to clients.

Bruce has spent over fifteen years in public practice, providing taxation services and business solutions to his clients. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute in Australia, and a Registered Tax Agent.

Bruce specialises in business performance and strategic planning for clients, particularly in the building and construction industries, viticulture and wine production, motor vehicle dealerships, manufacturing, distribution and financial services.

His experience extends to corporate and management restructures in both the public and private arena and includes the development of specific key performance indicators, strategic planning and assisting management to focus on their business performance.

Bruce also has extensive experience in the development of reporting systems, advising clients on how to achieve the maximum benefit from their computerised accounting packages.

Bruce's strong commitment, knowledge and experience in all of these areas ensure Sygnum clients receive a high quality service at all times.
